Journey Update: Conquering Endwalker Goals.

As we come to the end of Endwalker, it's time to provide an update on my progress towards my goals I previously set. This month has proven exceptionally fruitful, marking significant strides towards achieving my overarching objectives.


Raiding Triumphs:

In the realm of raiding, my static has achieved consistent victories in P12s, with us getting ever closer to everyone having the axolotl mount. Personally, luck favored me, and I secured the mount early on. The entire team is on track to obtain the mount before our well-deserved Christmas break.



Also this month, I embarked on my journey through the ultimate challenges, starting with party finder runs for UWU. Progress was quick and I was able to obtain the White mage and Scholar weapons along with a couple of extra totems whose fate is yet undecided.

A separate group of friends and I delved into the Criterion dungeons, and together, we conquered the Another Sil'dihn Subterrane, and we are now farming the associated mount before moving on to the others.


Mount Mastery

In the twilight of last month, the new variant dungeon was released, and I successfully navigated all 12 paths, claiming the Spectral Static Mount. Simultaneously, my quest for A rank hunt achievements reached a milestone with the completion of 2000 Shadowbringers A rank hunts. Now my focus shifts to the grand goal of slaying 1000 S ranks in Shadowbringers for the esteemed Triceratops mount. The Endwalker A rank hunts are well underway, and at this pace, the goal is set to be achieved by Christmas.



Looking ahead to Dawntrail, I anticipate conquering the remaining Endwalker A ranks and venturing into the realm of S rank hunts for both Endwalker and Shadowbringers. A new pursuit of mounts from the Criterion dungeons begins, with eyes set on completing Another Aloalo Island before Endwalker finishes.


Minion Mastery

This month witnessed a deliberate effort to bolster my minion collection, and progress has been, to put it mildly, gradual. Snatching up bargains from the market board, I added the Hobgoblin, Bacon bits, the Domakin, and the Yukinko Snowflake to my ranks. Using my large stores of Gil I was able to obtain these, but not all minions are achievable this way. The elusive Magic Bucket posed a unique challenge, as it is a non-tradable, location specific fishing endeavor. Securing this minion took approximately 2 hours but added a unique charm to my collection.


As I ponder the remaining minions, the extensive time investments required for certain grinds leave me conflicted. The decision looms between embracing the monumental time sink or leveraging gil to acquire the remaining minions.


Embark with me as we march towards the culmination of Endwalker, facing challenges, conquering goals, and relishing the treasures earned along the way.


Next time, we will take a tour of my newly relocated house in Shirogane! But until then,

 Hello Adventurers o/ Continuing our series on exploring how to make gil with desnythesis, let’s move forward on to the older extremes. This week, we focus on the extreme trials from the Shadowbringers expansion. This series of extremes feature iconic fights such as Ruby and Emerald Weapon, and Titania! We will also discover the addition of themed weapons that are crafted from the materials gathered on top of the usual chocobo barding and housing item.  TLDR: Do the extremes from shadowbringers to collect their crafting materials, and use these materials to craft the most valuable item for your server.
